. . . much appreciated. After three hours, I was able to get in again, but I'll also keep your tips in mind about the app and other ways to reach an actual person. I usually do everything directly on the web and only try reaching a call center when absolutely necessary, so finding this structure to intentionally avoid customer interactions doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth. It's definitely not how we ran my companies.
