Honest or not, SAS actually sells those premium cabin 3x3 seats in the front as both business and premium economy, typically at the very same time at that. That SAS does this has come to a surprise to even many a very frequent premium cabin business traveler when they first encounter that their short-haul SAS business class flight has them packed in like sardines in economy class with 3x3 seats occupied even when the ticketed fare and booking inventory are indicative of business class codes.
Even some rather regular SK business class flyers still don't realize that their business class tickets may not spare them from having a packed 3x3 economy class-type seating arrangement at the front of their SK short/mid-haul flights.
