Definitely there in the French version (on af.fr) and English version (on af.co.uk).

For the French page, look here and for the English one, look here .
If you scroll down to "reporter mon voyage"/"postpone my trip", you will see that it says that you can postpone your trip with no change fees (just fare difference) with no date limit. If you scroll further down to "annuler mon voyage"/"canel my trip", you will see that the end dates of end of February (for booking) and end of June (for travelling) kick in.

I have not checked the German page but I would be surprised if it said anything else.

I have now checked the German page (here) and the same is true there too:
Under "Ihr Flug wurde nicht gestrichen, Sie würden aber lieber zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt verreisen?", no time limit for change without fee (just fare difference) whereas under "Ihr Flug wurde nicht gestrichen, Sie möchten aber nicht mehr verreisen?", the February/June time-limits kick in for cancellation.
