Personally I'm delighted as I'll be asleep for breakfast, but never seen this for longhaul.

this is just staggering – things go from bad to worse and surely this cannot be blamed on the weather. British Airways appears to be in complete meltdown as apparently, some captains, are telling passengers. Hundreds and hundreds of pieces of luggage apparently missing and passengers squeezed in to business class seats as if in economy.
The entire airline’s communication structure appears to have failed – and this crisis management plan has been found wanting. Can it get any worse?
