About just over 1 week ago I cancelled an ibis London booking which was for March 2022, which was booked on the ALL website with cash & Rewards Points and a full refund cancellation was allowed without charge until 3 days before check-in. Last Friday the cash portion of the booking was refunded to my bank account. However, I still do not have the ALL Rewards Points refunded.
- Does it usually take longer to get Rewards Points refunded than cash?
- How long do it usually take?
