The conditions for LT SEN to be issued have been mentioned a few times in this thread. Right now the process to check is only triggered in late November in the year in which you are about to lose your SEN status. If you have the opportunity to renew this year, I would go for it and not wait for LT SEN to kick in. The rules will change, but more towards rewarding the <60y crowd who have flown M&M integrated partners a lot. The crowd that is 60+ and has been maintaining status & flying *A for decades should not feel any difference.
