They might also be best to advise on what the journey time would be like on the day that you are leaving. That's the thing. I'm Hilton Diamond and I called the Diamond desk to ask for the hotel's email. 2 calls and 2 different reps, no one could find any way to contact the hotel besides calling. I could use skype and call, but I really wanted whatever conversation I have to be in writing so I am sure of 1) the name of the person who helps me and 2) a written record of our conversation in case I get a different answer re: a car/taxi upon arrival.
