what is this form IB is asking for? I’m a US citizen traveling back to the US from Italy via Madrid. it’s an 8 page form and says I should print out 2 copies handing 1 to IB, no digital accepted. I never heard of this step. Is this really required? It was in an email IB sent me for documents to upload before the flight. Negative covid test, passport, were the other docs. anyone?
