The only guaranteed way to reach a property is still by phone. The bulk of all branded properties don't have any social media presence (most is sheer laziness in starting/maintaining it but there are franchise companies that also forbid it) and more rather than less do not have a reliable way to email or message through any platform.
and the first time I needed to reach a Hyatt hotel -with no status whatsoever - there it was AN EMAIL ADDRESS right there on the website! No games, no tricks, just an easy way to reach them. Imagine that!
