I don't recall an announcement as such but the Air France protect page on af.com does indeed suggest that "postpone my trip" is not limited in time, unlike "cancel my trip", which is only for tickets purchased prior to March 2022 for travel prior to July 2022.

The policy regarding reward flights, however, as stated on the Flying Blue website does not seem to allow for changes to tickets for travel after June 2022 (or purchased from March 2022 onwards) so the additional rebooking flexibility seems to be for revenue tickets only.
