I suspect this lounge is doing cost control by limiting people and claiming over capacity. I just left and was asked to be put on an indeterminate waitlist. I could visibly see 8 chairs available yet it was at capacity?

I come to MSY once a month. Was at this lounge two weeks ago and it had more people that today (at capacity). So not due to COVID or any city rules.

This lounge has been reducing items since it opened. Another mail in the coffin for Priority Pass and The Club. Priority Pass continues to degrade its brand to be associated with companies like The Club.
