Hello! Platinum here. First time using SNA and my wife and I will be staying two nights in March at Ivens. We booked a basic room (capelo King) on points. When I applied my SNA I can choose from several room options. Obviously we would love a suite. My question is if I select a larger standard room as one of my SNAs options does that hurt my chance of getting a suite? How does the SNA upgrade system work, at 5 days out if both a larger standard room and a suite is available do I get upgraded to the lower of the two levels I selected? Or to the suite? Thanks in advance for the newbie question help!
