Very convenient hotel next to the airport, connected to the terminal by a bridge (the hotel is a bit dated). We were given the room at 7 am the day of the arrival, that was very appreciated as we were exhausted (jet lag and long flight), we could sleep a little bit and have a shower. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a decent gym. Welcome gift : 10USD per person that we used in the restaurant for dinner (portions are big and cheap). No late check out needed.

Excellent hotel in every aspect: property (beach, pools, lazy river, gym,…), restaurants (steakhouse, catch seafood, rodizzio, italian, etc), entertainment (queen show, pool activities), friendly staff, etc. I highly recommend the hotel.
As Titanium members, we got:
-one category room upgrade
-access to Star Class zone (Star Class pool, Star Class bar and grill next to the pool, Star Class lounge in the Star Class building and exclusive area next to the front desk) with no extra cost - these perks are very good. You don’t get the concierge service but I didn’t feel to miss anything.
- a separated check-in area for Star Class.
- late check-out with no issues (we needed until 14:00).
-Welcome amenity of 1.000 points.
-an invitation to a dinner with management (pay attention to messages as they appear on the TV), but we didn’t go.
