I purchased some miles yesterday and the miles have still not been posted (nor have I received a confirmation email). The money has not been deducted from the bank either (and the bank says there are no pending or blocked transactions). The only thing I got after purchasing was a screen that said Done (Your request has been received successfully and we are completing your transaction. In the next hours, you will receive a confirmation email. You don't have to repeat the transaction. Code: 480). And the online chat agent said that he could not see any confirmed transactions. Does this seem normal and should I buy it again or just wait?
