Thanks everyone for your input. And that link to the article from bpk6h was helpful!

All things being equal, I’m leaning towards SQ21 as it’s much easier with EWR being a UA hub.

Also, I’ve flown J in both the new A380 and the A350 numerous times. And I’m one of those who aren’t too bothered by having to sleep at an angle…
