I believe it's the 601 tourist.

I had no issues at all with it using a Samsung S21+ phone.
I filled out the digital passenger declaration, did my NAAT, and my proof of vaccine and everything seemed to work flawlessly. Total time is around 20min for all the paperwork plus the time it took to go get the NAAT test.
NH staff in LAX were confused about how I was able to get the eTA given that it's been a while since it has been working properly, but so far it's all going well.
