For those interested....
I received an interesting and rather detailed survey a few months ago. The email with the link had some bits including earning 75 points for doing the survey and "If you do not qualify after the first few questions, you will still receive 5 Aeroplan Points for taking the time to access the survey."

I took the survey because the value to me of seeing the questions was worth more than the points. I actually find these things can be insightful.
Also, there was reference to AC's Privacy Policy. So I went to read the page - which I had not read in a while and is interesting itself. I've always been aware that participation in the program includes agreement that AC can share our info with their partners. Credit cards have similar wording (but in much smaller font size and often requiring some professional degree to interpret.

). FYI AC's policy

I think there were some really good questions in the survey and some on this forum may find the level of detail in the questions to be interesting. Also, as usual, the same 2 things appeared that often appear in these types of things:
1. Asking which airlines I flew in the past 12 months, followed by the question about who your favourite or preferred airline was. If you only flew AC in that time period, the survey assumes AC is your favourite and there is no option to indicate you may be "dating others at the same time"

2. As I noted in a previous post, the question asking if I'd recommend AC or Aeroplan is both annoying and amusing and it's like your bank or ISP sending the same question in a follow up SMS or email. I always give the same answer because I think the designers of the question often have no interest in the reply.
This is my first adventure using the FT Spoiler feature. I wouldn't want to be accused of posting a sequence of screen shots - even if they are not full desktop screen size.
I've included a couple of comments for specific questions that were asked. If you are taking the time to read the survey, you might find some bits interesting in light of the variety of promos that AC has offered.
