* start from the flight credit all the way to ticketing - nothing gets applied.
* tried to do normal search, then on the new payment page no FFC show up, when searching for Locator and Name just returns to a blank field and nothing gets applied.
* following the link to the "old" payment page same thing, FFCs can't be selected.

This leaves calling in or is there another way to try? (Even tried different browsers and the Android App - no success).
