Careful with chargebacks though, you never know what the property will do to retaliate even if you win -- send it to collection agencies, sue you, etc. It took me years to get Hertz to stop harassing me over a fabricated damage claim even after I won the $1100 chargeback with photographs etc. Eventually I got an apology from the executive office. Then promptly got placed on the do not rent list. Hyatt as an entity plays pretty fair but the people running the grand reserve are probably professional con artists based on how they're handing the villas that have been under invisible construction for years (unavailable to guests but all the while available to some people somehow...). Might not want to escalate too far against them... YMMV!
