I sent a letter to Rod Eddington suggesting that they review their decision to disband the team.

Three weeks later (today) I've received a reply that they've "safely" received my letter. It's a pity that it takes 3 weeks just to acknowledge receipt of a letter and that they aren't able to offer a proper response.

Has anyone else had any feedback from BA?
