I would like to email the Hilton Doubletree Istanbul Sirkeci where we are staying in early June to ask about arranging car service to the airport for our flight out of IST, which is super early in the morning. I am Hilton Diamond.

I'm realizing how far away the hotel is from the airport and the hotels near the airport don't seem very nice. I'm afraid to count on getting an Uber at 4 am so I wanted to ask the hotel if they could assist.

I called the Diamond Desk twice - both reps were unable to find an email for the hotel. Isn't that a little odd? Is there some other way I could find out how to contact the hotel? I'd prefer to email rather than a skype call so I'll have the information in writing.
