I mean, why not just use the LUV vouchers on one of your trips instead of an award ticket. Using a $100 ticket to pay for $5.60 in taxes per ticket sounds tiresome. I don't think travel funds can be applied towards the expensive international taxes in the Caribbean if that's the route you were thinking here either.
