Yes, TK has a plan to open another lounge named the Exclusive Lounge for Elite & Elite Plus members that are traveling in Business Class, but there is no opening date set and since COVID no official communication about this lounge has been made.

Unless, you are arriving from a country that has special entry requirements, if you are vaccinated, you wouldn't need any COVID test to enter Turkey.
