How did you get from BNA to PHL?

You request ORC by contacting AAdvantage Customer Service. You can call them or use the "Contact Us" link on the AA web site, then choose AAdvantage Customer Service from the drop-down. To call, you can call the main number for your elite desk and tell the robot you want AAdvantage Customer Service and then specify you want an agent.
