Not really much help there. Seems to indicate we'd have to call in but once I did, TK refused to give me any access or allow me to make any changes because they claim I'd have to go back to the agency through which it was booked (UA, in this case). And UA's own website, for obvious reasons, won't allow me to make any seat selections because all the flights are on TK metal.
