Yes you can, but my experience is that you'll probably be asked by BA via email in advance to upload the relevant e-docs, such at Covid test results/proof of vaccination /destination country PLF etc, that need to be verified by BA before you are able to check in online. I'm sure someone else will have a more detailed response, but this is my experience of recent trips.
