Stumbled across this on Turning Left for Less:

BA appears to have launched a podcast, which actually isn't a bad listen and passes the morning commute. It's fronted by a 777 Captain, a LGW cabin crew member, an engagement centre manager and a senior T5 customer service agent. The first episode centres around sustainability and highlights the changes the airline are trying to make.
Obviously this is a corporate production so the message will be polished somewhat, but listening to it, there appears to be genuine drive within the airline to 'build back better' (apologies for the godawful Tory reference) in terms of the way the airline operates and the culture within it. There's also some fairly honest discussion around the pandemic and how it's affected the airline and it's staff.
The article on TLFL portrays it as a podcast made for the public, but there's a few references within it to BA's intranet, which is a little odd. I wonder whether it started life as something that was meant for BA staff which has made it's way out into the open.
