Trying to book an international award ticket using UR miles thru Chase travel. Its more an open jaw than an multi-trip itinerary but the Chase travel site is expecting three separate flight segments but I have only two. Called their CS helpline but they were not able to help a lot. Giving more details below

1st flight - XXX - YYY. (this has 2 flight changes)
2nd flight - ZZZ - XXX. (this has 2 flight changes)

When I give the above in multi-city it gives an error stating I need to fill the 3rd segment. I tried filling that segment by breaking the 2nd flight into two legs (as it has flight changes), but system errs out.

Advise on we can book above itinerary online or thru phone using chase travel with my UR points is appreciated.
