Yeah, I have no clue how I lucked out there. Might have been because I was calling earlier in the morning and just caught the PHX call center as they were starting up for the day. Agent I got was very pleasant and was exceptionally helpful with an odd multi-city itinerary with a gap in the middle that I usually take Southwest metal on.
