The general rule of thumb American uses is 4 hrs schedule change for a refund post-covid. Check your total travel time, as if that changes by 4 hrs that also qualifies for a refund. I am not sure if the two 2 hr changes can be leveraged together to ask for a refund as your total change is more than 4 hrs, but its worth a shot if you booked them on one ticket.

If there are any other AA flights that would work for your schedule you should be able to switch onto them if you ask. The cancellation will give you almost total flexibility to rebook any available flight, but you might have a hard time getting a refund.
