i have an itinerary for this weekend that is similar that I haven’t canceled. First, all of my flights showed waitlisted. Then I had a schedule change on one flight in early Jan; after I accepted, that particular flight did not show waitlisted. Wasn’t too concerned.

Called a couple of weeks later, was helped immediately; CSR removed me and re-added me. I said thanks and hung up. Couple hours later, I check and still nothing… neither on the app nor the website. All other flights still showing waitlisted for first.

Fast forward to about ten days ago, I decided to call and take care of it once and for all. Nice CSR said I was waitlisted for all segments, but removed me from all of them this time and re-added me. She shows that “I’m definitely waitlisted.” This time, on the website, NONE of the segments show as first class waitlisted. The odd thing this time is on the app, the first segment DOES show waitlisted, but none of the others do.

I’m not holding my breath. I’ve had an amazing run of 100% upgrade success since last May, but I’m not feeling it on this trip. Loads look higher and I really won’t know until 24 hours before, and by then it will likely be too late to attempt to correct the issue again anyway.
