Distance from C74 to/from C138? Depends on your walking pace? 5-10 minutes, or less, or more.

What lounge in Terminal B is affiliated with AMEX? Do you mean Priority Pass?

Art & Lounge? Closed. Also terrible lounge anyway, not only was it located pre-security, actually worse than UC at C74, a difficult task to accomplish.
