Thanks! I did try the UK Gold line through an IP phone but it refused to connect. Finally as I was about to hang up on the US number after 40 minutes, my call was picked up by a lovely lady in NCL who got everything sorted in less than 10 minutes

Will make sure to get her name when she calls me back to confirm final taxes etc today so I can submit a Well Done for her
