My question is about the fine print.

There is a fee if the bike is oversized up to 80 linear inches or overweight up to 100 lbs. The bike is not allowed if it is 81+ linear inches and 101+ lbs.

But what if the bike is 81+ linear inches but not overweight (less than 50 lbs)?
