kawaii. Most recently one JL agent in London made my day on the phone with her lovely Japanese demeanour. Yeah, the soft product does indeed mellow me - and no, it's not the drink menu.
With all seriousness: JL > AY. Or has anyone else e.g. had AY call you, profusely apologise a timetable change and ask, if the 20 min change is okay?
From before the pandemic, I can easily showcase with my amenity kit or menu card collection that JL was better value for money than AY and their catering or Marimekko crapola pouch. The JL ones are so unsustainable that I still have them, while the sustainable AY ones had to sustain them being incinerated as mixed waste. But hey, now they've become heating energy!
Sure, AY is probably worth a try to make up your own mind, but I personally would choose JL.
