AA - Assistance in Baggage Claim for wheelchair ridden
I took a trip with AA and was a bit bothered by what I saw. An old woman in a wheelchair was wheeled by an AA agent to the baggage claims and just left there. I felt sorry for the lady and helped her with her bags - I told her to tell me which bags were hers. It wasn't until she had all her bags when her friend/family finally arrived to pick her up.
Isn't it a little uncaring to just leave the lady in baggage claim expecting her to get her own bags? What ever happened to customer service - especially for those that really need it?
