I have a few trips planned for the next month. Of the three, one has upgrades requested for both directions, one has it only for the outbound, and one doesn't have it for either direction. I know I requested the first class upgrades at the time of booking and when I try to do the request again I get an error telling me to call. No, these aren't Saver Fares as I was allowed to select premium seats.

Is this just an IT display glitch or are the upgrades really not requested?
