Eligibility: The Allegiant Flyaway Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who have a valid social security or tax ID number, and who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Promotion may only be entered from and in eligible jurisdictions.

Entry Limit:Each entrant is eligible to submit up to one (1) Promotion entry per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry or number of entries submitted.
