I am at my wits' end here - been trying to call every number under the sun pretty much (UK Gold like does not connect, UK normal line neither - tried various European numbers which all disconnect after exactly five minutes..). Finally got through to someone on one of the European numbers after 20 minutes on hold, who "need to check the rules" for booking a GUF2 for departure after the voucher expires - she would call me back instantly. That is an hour ago... In the meantime, I have now been on hold on the US Gold number for 40 minutes and counting, guessing that I would never get called back... Being based in Asia, I obviously tried the Thai and Singaporean but they close before normal people get off work. So far, I am all-in-all, three hours in...

Any brilliant suggestions from the crowd on here?
