There are other airlines that max availability at 7.
Expertflyer can't do anything on this as this is beyond their control.
It is up to the airline to decide how they would like to be displayed in GDS'es or other distribution platforms. For example most airlines do not show redemption booking classes, but TK shows.
I am not sure if EF is fed by any GDS or they built their own API to connect directly to TK system, but ultimately this is TK decision how they would like to market their availability.
