And one way to understand this, I would think, is to include the Polaris lounge - it's better than a Delta Skyclub. So you get a good meal at the airport and a good night's sleep on the plane.

That seems to be the big issue with the Polaris meals. Not that they are bad per say, but that they are more appropriate for domestic F or PP, not for a hybrid J/F cabin (which is what Polaris was designed to be, it's the evolution of the CO BusinessFirst cabin)
