Such and interesting thread and glad it got bumped. It is very timely for me as a relatively new Globalist. I had an experience last week when arriving at the the Grand Hyatt DFW. I asked about breakfast, the check in person said "it is available in the restaurant or room service". I just assumed that he didn't understand that I was talking about Globalist breakfast benefit and just went on my way and would figure it out at the restaurant. We went for breakfast at the restaurant and the waitress seemed confused when I asked what the limitations were and replied with just order whatever. I had the impression we could pretty much order whatever within reason and thinking back....room service might have been an option also.

I think the way Hyatt handles the breakfast benefit is so much classy than what other programs are going to. I hope they stay classy as it does make me want to keep this status and will definitely try harder to do so.
