I just have to share this. I flew DL from DTW-AMS earlier this month. Look at the advance selection menu:

And the lamb shank was one of the best I've ever had on the ground or in the air. Better than the exorbitantly expensive lamb shank I had at the Alila Marea a few days before!

So much better I could not believe it.
