It's probably worth a telephone call with the court clerk office, just to get their pointers and reassurance or email them if you prefer. But the court normally sends the directions questionnaire without prompting once they have processed the defence. The court date is set after the directions stage, not least because in the questionnaire you are asked about dates that you cannot make. If you have just received BA's defence then it may take a few weeks before you hear more anyway.
