My wine collector friend had some people over for the Super Bowl yesterday. We started with a magnum of Bergstrom Shea Vineyard 2016 (a solid pinot noir, though not my favorite Oregon pinot) and then he opened a 1985 and 1990 Chateauneuf du Pape. I didn't catch the producers. But they were lovely.
