Flight Pass Pro w/ 2 RT per month comes to $749 + $58.44 (taxes on 4 segments). This is basically an average of $202/segment.

Flight Pass (14 day adv purchase) w/ 2 RT per month comes to $189 + $58.44. Average of $62/segment.

Additionally, it seems that certain flights have a “Premium” fee of $100+
