No massage or key to D1, but the customer might need some water to take a pill on schedule and the seat belt sign is on. Or (happened to me) hot coffee was served in a leaking cup. Or it could be a real emergency, such as a seat mate in obvious medical distress. If C+ is supposed to include free drinks, it's not unreasonable to request that scotch.
