Here are my form letter templates. I have taken to giving each a Case number (3 digits was hopefully overkill) for my records. E.g. In case you bought 2 bonsais. They will also get docketed upon intake. If we all use these letters and escalate appropriately, we will have a much greater impact than writing in free form stream of consciousness (which I sometimes do, esp for unheeded unsub reqs). Also, most merchants have an
arb clause if it comes to that. I'm currently shopping the Verizon deal. I would
not recommend suing or harassing AA because they could shut your account down, which would defeat the whole purpose of this exercise in futility. I don't know how I feel about this steaming pile of mess (aside from litigious lol). At least with UA and DL you know what you're getting.
