Yes, but I also posted some pictures from the Conrad Algarve. The difference between the two resorts is quite drastic. Pine Cliffs has the beautiful location above the beach and the cat colony, but the Conrad is a much more luxurious property. Pine Cliffs feels like a family-focused resort, while the Conrad feels like a 5-star property that just happens to have families staying there. If I could move the Conrad to the Pine Cliffs’ location, that would be my ideal vacation property. Interestingly, they were almost the exact same price.
In which section of Pine Cliffs did you stay? I had a two-level suite with balcony (unfortunately not a sea view) in what seemed to be the main hotel building. IIRC it was SPG LC at the time. My only objection was that the buffet breakfast was a zoo.
