Without AA pax the CX lounge would almost for certain be closed (though AY pax could then enjoy BA or No1 lounges).

AA lounges in T3 remain closed (with customer assistance available), eligible customers are directed to the CX lounge.
AA’s JFK flight operates from T5, others from T3.
